Also included with this submittal are
th
the site location map and the most current site plan of the project.

The project will consist of a five (5) story wood frame center loaded Home2 Suites with
102 guest rooms and a five (5) story wood frame center loaded Hampton Inn with 100
guest rooms in Roseville, MN. The design will closely follow the most current prototype
design with very minor modifications for site adaptation and city zoning requirements.
The overall site is an L shaped parcel 3.723 acres in size. As part of this project the site
will be master planned and engineered to accommodate the Home2 Suites and the
Hampton Inn which will both be constructed in 2015. A storm water management plan
will be developed to accommodate the entire site. Based on current conceptual design it
is anticipated that a portion of the required storm water retention will utilize a surface
retention pond and the balance will need to be managed with underground retention.
An overall landscape plan will be developed as well.

If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

Sincerely,

CITIES EDGE ARCHITECTS

Jesse Messner
Project Manager

Enclosure (2)

cc: TPI Hospitality

Cities Edge, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ramaker & Associates, Inc.
