Please address the following issues before any <br />further development: <br /> <br />· The proposed development will need to maintain existing drainage rates (i.e., the rate at which storm <br />water is discharged fi-om the site must not increase). The City or project developer will need to <br />submit before/after hydraulic computations for both 10 and 100 year rainfall events verifying that all <br />existing drainage patterns and systems affecting MnlDOT right of way will be perpetuated, Please <br />direct questions concerning these issues to Eric Kasa (651-634-2076) ofMnlDOT's Water Resources <br />section. <br /> <br />· Any use of or work within MnlDOT right of way requires a permit. A drainage permit may be <br />required. Please direct questions regarding permit applications to Keith Van Wagner (651-582-1443) <br />of MrJDOT's Permits section. <br /> <br />· As a reminder, the Roseville Municipal State Aid system includes proposed connections to Cleveland <br />Avenue at Lydia Avenue (MSA 226) and at Terrace Drive (MSA 246). Any work on a MSA route <br />must meet State Aid rules and policies. Also, the City must review any changes to its Municipal State <br />Aid system so that they stay within its system limitations. You may obtain additional information <br />regarding State Aid rules and policies in any of the following ways: <br />~ http://www.dot.state.mn.lIs/stateaidl shows or has links to the applicable forms and the MnlDOT <br />State Aid Manual. <br />~ Refer to the Mn/DOT State Aid Manual, Chapter 5-892.200 for information regarding standards <br />and policies. <br />~ Please go to http://\\'Ww,revisor.leg..state.mn,us/arule/8820/ for information regarding State Aid <br />Operations Rules Chapter 8820. <br />~ For driveway standards, the designer is directed to refer to the Mn/DOT Road Design Manual <br />(English) Table 5-3.04A and Figure 5-3.04A for guidance and policies.
