Project # 2001-302-M <br /> <br />Response to letter from Charlotte Cohn MnDNR to Dennis Welsch, City of Roseville, dated <br />December 11, 2001. <br /> <br />The Centre Pointe Solutions site will incorporate plantings between the existing trail system and <br />the building, The lowest level of the building will be set to ensure that flooding will not occur in <br />the lowest level of the building, <br /> <br />Erosion control devises will consist of the appropriate measures needed to ensure that sediment <br />does not damage resources downstream, These measures will include temporary seeding, <br />erosion control blankets and mulch on soil that is exposed for more than two weeks. <br /> <br />Efforts have been made throughout the site planning process to decrease the amount of <br />impervious area on the site, An infiltration basin is proposed as part of the project to help reduce <br />runoff from the site, Other techniques for reducing runoff will be used if appropriate, <br /> <br />No work is proposed in the regional storm water pond or DNR wetland 50-Was part of this phase <br />of the project.
