<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT #1177, <br />BEING THE CENTRE POINTE BUSINESS PARK PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT, TO ALLOW AND ADDITIONAL 15,240 SQUARE FEET OF <br />OFFICE DEVELOPMENT (PF3338) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City <br />Code ofthe City ofRoseville, Planned Unit Development 1177, for property generally <br />located at 3015 Centre Pointe Drive, within the Centre Pointe Business Park, is herein <br />amended to allow the following: <br /> <br />An additional 15,240 square feet to the total building area of the 47-acre Centre <br />Pointe Planned Unit Development, to allow Solutia Consulting to construct a two- <br />story, 21,240 square foot, office building. The previous Master Site Plan <br />indicated a restaurant use, which will be amended to an office use, and the <br />previous building pad size indicated a 6,000 square feet allowance, which will <br />increase to 21,240 square feet. <br /> <br />The vacant parcel addressed as 3015 Centre Pointe Drive is legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Centre Pointe Business Park 2nd Addition, City of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall take <br />effect upon passage by the City Council and publication. <br /> <br />Passed this _ day of <br /> <br />,2001. <br />
