<br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will hold its <br />regular meeting at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, October 10, <br />2001 at 6:30 p.m., for the purpose of holding public hearings to consider the following requests: <br /> <br />Plannine: File 3338: A request by Solutia Consulting, prepared by RLK Kuusisto L TD, <br />to amend the Centre Pointe Planned Unit Development to allow an additional 15,226 <br />square feet of office floor area and consideration of a voluntary Draft Environmental <br />Assessment Worksheet (EA W) specific to the Solutia site (a 6,000 square foot restaurant <br />site).
