There are no scenic views or vista within <br />proximity of the site, which would be impacted by the proposed project. <br /> <br />There are no other unique resources on the site or within proximity of the site, which would <br />be impacted by the proposed project. <br /> <br />26. Visual impacts. Will the project create adverse visual impacts during construction or <br />operation? Such as glare from intense lights, lights visible in wilderness areas and large <br />visible plumes from cooling towers or exhaust stacks? DYes [2J No <br />If yes, explain. <br /> <br />The proposed increase in building square footage is not anticipated to produce any adverse <br />visual impacts, This additional office space will be designed to be compatible with adjacent <br />businesses. The surrounding area is developed and does not constitute scenic vista or <br />wilderness area that would be intruded upon. No intense lighting, cooling towers, or large <br />exhaust stacks are anticipated on the site. <br /> <br />27. Compatibility with plans and land use regulations. Is the project subject to an adopted local <br />comprehensive plan, land use plan or regulation, or other applicable land use, water, or <br />resource management plan of a local, regional, state or federal agency?
