<br />Table 21-3 presents the trip generation estimate for current Centre Pointe Business Park <br />proposal. Trip generation rates from the Institute of Transportation Engineers' 6th Edition <br />of Trip Generation was used to develop this estimate. A ten-percent multi-use reduction <br />was again applied.
