October 4. 2001. at 3:30 p.m.. in <br />the Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Kerry Cline, 1784 Stanbridge Avenue, has requested a Setback Permit to allow construction of <br />an addition on to the north side of the existing garage. The proposal requests a four-foot <br />encroachment into the required 10-foot side yard (north) setback for a portion of the <br />garage addition. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process affords adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and to attend the hearing and indicate opposition or support. Should you <br />have any comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please feel free <br />to attend the meeting on October 4,2001, or you may call me at 651-490-2236. ' <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and site plan.
