TheDRC recomniended approval of the setback permit to' allow <br />construction of a garage addition on your existing single stall attached garage. The purpose of <br />this letter is to inform you that T have concurred with the reasoning set forth by the DRC and. <br />have approved the Setback Permit. . <br /> <br />I also concur with the DRC conditions attached to the setback permit, which are as follows: <br /> <br />1) The approval is limited to the construction of a double stan. garage consistent with the <br />submitted site plan and lying 1)0 c1oser'thanninefeeHo the side yard (east) property <br />line. <br /> <br />2) The garage addition must have roof trusses that are similar to those found on the <br />existing garage. . ' . <br /> <br />3) The exterior building materials must be similar to'that ofthe existing garage and' <br />home. <br /> <br />. , <br /> <br />4) , The driveway additiC)1) must be setback a miriimuin of five feet from the side yard <br />(east) property line and the maximum driveway width at the front (north) property <br />line must be 26 feet or less. , ' ' <br /> <br />. 5) Gutters are required on the garage and mu~t direct water runoff away from the, <br />neighboring propertY (either north or south). .' <br /> <br />6) Verification of your eastern property corner pins or provision ora survey is necessary <br />to receive the building permit." , . <br /> <br />,7) Any changes to the DRCapproval (as indiCated above) will require an amendment to <br />this approved Setback Permit: ' ' , ' <br /> <br />..
