<br /> <br />October 2, 2001 ' <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville DevelopmentReview <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearimron Thursdav, October 11,2001, at 3:30 p.m., in <br />the Roseville Ciiv Hall Communitv Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Lawrence Seiberlick, 538 Ryan Avenue, has requested a Setback Permit to allow construction <br />of an addition on to the east side of the existing garage. The proposal requests a, one-foot <br />encroachment into the required to-foot side yard (east) setback for a portion of the garage <br />addition. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process affords adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal, in writing and to attend the hearing and indicate opposition or support. Should you <br />have any comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please feel free <br />to attend the meeting on October 11, 2001, or you may call me at 651-490-2236. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application-, and site plan.
