The proposal requests a, one-foot <br />encroachment into the required to-foot side yard (east) setback for a portion of the garage <br />addition. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process affords adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal, in writing and to attend the hearing and indicate opposition or support.
