This roadway would be included within a <br />portion of the unimproved, dedicated, and City owned right-of-way of lona Lane. No <br />roadway exists within the right-of-way currently, but a large interceptor sanitary sewer. <br />line exists within the right-of-way. <br /> <br />1 <br />
