Ginsberg request for a special use permit for the Bon Jour Bagel <br />Bakery and Cafe at 2401 Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />1. Mr. Ginsberg is proposing to open a Bon Jour Bagel Bakery and Cafe in the Rosedale <br />Marketplace Shopping Center at 2401 Fairview Avenue. This property is zoned B-4 and <br />restaurants without entertainment are permitted uses in this district. Therefore, the <br />application for a special use permit is not necessary and has been withdrawn. The <br />applicants have begun working with building inspection staff on code requirements and <br />expect to have building plans to the City in the near future, <br /> <br />2. The Planning Commission, at the February 8, 1995 meeting, recommended that Mr. <br />Robert Ginsberg's request for a special use permit for the Bon Jour Bagel Bakery <br />and Cafe at 2401 Fairview Avenue be withdrawn. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />I, Staff recommends withdrawal ofMr, Robert Ginsberg's request for a special use permit <br />for the Bon Jour Bagel Bakery and Cafe at 2401 Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
