In July of 1991, the City Council granted an extension of up to five years to complete the <br />Phase II improvements. TIlis five year extension expires in August of 1996. <br /> <br />3. Northwestern College has requested an extension of the additional five years to complete <br />the Phase II improvements. <br /> <br />4. Current enrollment <br />is 1250. If agreement is reached, this facility could be constructed in 1-2 years. <br /> <br />Alternatives: <br /> <br />1. Deny the extension and allow the original approval to lapse.
