CUshman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Patricia CUrtiss' request for a special Use Permit for an in home beauty salon at 1987 Aldine Street be amended by changing Condition No. 9 to read as follows: "That the special Use Permit shall expire two years after approval by the City Council. After two years, the applicant may apply for an extension of that Special Use Permit. All fees relatina to that extension request shall be waived. However. the applicant shall be subject to all ordinance restrictions in place at that time." Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Patricia curtiss' request for a Special Use Permit for an in home beauty salon at 1987 Aldine Street be approved, as amended, with the following conditions: 1. That there be no sign of any kind on or off the premises. 2. That there shall be no more than 25 hours of business conducted per week. 3. That there shall be no more than two client cars at a time, and those cars must be parked off the street. 4. That the business shall be conducted between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on weekdays, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, and that there be no business hours on Sunday. 5. That the Special Use Permit be issued to Mrs. curtiss only, and shall automatically expire upon the sale of the property. 6.
