<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />May 24, 1993 <br /> <br />F. That the full taxable development will be complete <br />by October 15, 1995, to have full taxable value on <br />January 1, 1996, for taxes payable in 1997. <br /> <br />G. That the development be constructed in accordance <br />with the approved final PUD plan. <br /> <br />C-J <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />CUshman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Patricia <br />CUrtiss' request for a special Use Permit for an in <br />home beauty salon at 1987 Aldine Street be amended <br />by changing Condition No. 9 to read as follows: <br /> <br />"That the special Use Permit shall expire two <br />years after approval by the City Council. <br />After two years, the applicant may apply for <br />an extension of that Special Use Permit. All <br />fees relatina to that extension request shall <br />be waived. However. the applicant shall be <br />subject to all ordinance restrictions in place <br />at that time." <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Patricia <br />curtiss' request for a Special Use Permit for an in <br />home beauty salon at 1987 Aldine Street be approved, <br />as amended, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That there be no sign of any kind on or off the <br />premises. <br /> <br />2. That there shall be no more than 25 hours of <br />business conducted per week. <br /> <br />3. That there shall be no more than two client cars <br />at a time, and those cars must be parked off the <br />street. <br /> <br />4. That the business shall be conducted between the <br />hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on weekdays, <br />between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, and <br />that there be no business hours on Sunday. <br /> <br />5. That the Special Use Permit be issued to Mrs. <br />curtiss only, and shall automatically expire upon <br />the sale of the property. <br /> <br />6.
