<br />I'" <br /> <br />-.t <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1124 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-l), RETAIL <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-2) AND GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-3) TO <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PUD). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040 of the <br />Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property owner filed an application with <br />the City Manager in the fonn of a written request to rezone from Single Family <br />Residence District (R-l), Retail Business District (B-2), and General Business <br />District (B-3) to Planned Unit Development District (PUD), certain real property <br />hereinafter described lying and being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public hearing <br />on said matter on the 14th day of April, 1993, and made its recommendation to the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing on said <br />matter on the 24th day of May. 1993 at its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Mim1esota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is her~by amended by <br />reclassifYing the following described property from, Single Family Residence <br />District (R-I) to Planned Unit Development District (PUD). <br /> <br />Lots 1-8, Block Fairview Heights Plat Three. <br />
