Enclosed is College Properties, Inc.
check for the $900.00 amount.

The Residential Park Dedication Fees are divided into four sections. Your office has already
received a check from Old Republic National Title Insurance Company in the amount of
$76,300.00. There are 127 living units in the Independent Living facility and 91 living units in
the Assisted Living facility totaling 218 Living Units. The 218 Living Units times the amount of
$350.00 per unit is equal to the $76,300.00 which you have received.

Hopefully within the next year the Alzheimer's facility will be built. As of this date the number of
Living Units to be in this building has not been determined. Plus, there is no money to pay
these fees until it is developed. To my knowledge, nothing has ever been stated that the Park
Dedication Fee would be due until the facility was to be built.

, In regard to the Donnitory building. . . this is and has been an existing building for many years,
At no time have park fees every been discussed for this building, Furthennore, College
Properties, Inc. has never owned or controlled this building or never plans to have ownership
of the building. Don't you think that the dollars already spent by Northwestern College to bring
this building up to codes along with the dollars they plan to spend to put a new gabbled roof
and landscaping around the building is enough for the bettennent of the area for the City?

Thank you for your continued consideration.

Enclosures

Phone (612) 644-8601 .
