PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, April 14, 1993 at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the following request: Paul Sentman/Paul's Place request for rezoning from R-1, B-2, and B-3 to PUD, PUD General Concept Plan approval, street vacation approval, utility easement vacation, and approval of a preliminary and final plat at 2965 Snelling Avenue North. The applicant is proposing to construct 3 senior housing buildings, a 50-60 unit ~otel, student housing, and a future radio station in the far northeast corner of the Paul's Place site. The City council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, April 26, 1993 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., to consider this request.
