The Planning Commission and City Council previously held public <br />hearings (4-14-93 and 7-12-93) and approved the planned unit <br />development and replatting of land for College Properties, Inc. <br /> <br />2. As part of this process and public hearings, it was explained <br />that existing utility, drainage and street easements must be <br />vacated prior to recording the final plat.
