It is my understanding that College Properties, Inc. <br />wishes to have their entry off Lincoln-Drive that is next to our restaurant boarder on our <br />common property line. This is agreeable with me. This,allows our parking lot to remain as it <br />presently is. <br /> <br />We also agree with College Properties, Inc. to have a curb cut and cross over between our two <br />parking lots. <br /> <br />If you have any questions in the regard please call me.
