The engineering staff has <br />reviewed this proposal and has the following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. The proposed plat shows the new road being constructed over <br />private property (Benjamin's) on the south. The property <br />will have to be purchased from the owners of Benjamin's to <br />be constructed as shown. <br /> <br />2. The proposed new street on the proposed plat is named South <br />Campus Drive. This should be named Lincoln Drive to fit <br />the alignment to the south. <br /> <br />3. The proposed street and utilities on the plans are not the <br />final proposal for the site. S.E.H. is working on a <br />feasibility study at this time and will have to be reviewed <br />when completed. All utilities must meet Roseville standards. <br /> <br />4. The removal of any concrete curb and gutter or sidewalk <br />along Lydia must be replaced as per City of Roseville <br />standards. <br /> <br />5. A 20 foot Light Rail easement along the easterly edge of <br />the plat will be required. <br /> <br />6. All utilities that are to be abandoned must be done per City <br />of Roseville or State standards. <br /> <br />7. The landscaping plans should be overlaid on top of the <br />utility plans to prevent the planting of trees on top of <br />any of the utilities. <br /> <br />8. Permits form the Health Department, MWCC, and Rice Creek <br />Watershed must be acquired as part of the final approval. <br />
