<br />. ~ <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City council of the City of Roseville, county of Ramsey" Minnesota <br />was duly held on 26th day of May 1992, at 7: 30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present:, P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />MemberP. Johnsodntroduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8802 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING VACATION OF A PORTION OF THE WEST <br />SNELLING AVENUE FRONTAGE ROAD. <br /> <br />.r_ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City <br />Cou~cil held a public hearing to determine whether or not said <br />street in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason the frontage road is not needed <br />it would be beneficial to the public interest to recommend vacating <br />the street; <br /> <br />Now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville hereby recommends vacating the public street over the <br />property described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Outlot C, Slawik Park, which 'lies Southerly of the <br />Easterly extension across said outlot C of a line 8.04 fo'ot <br />Southerly of an parallel to the North line of Outlot B, said Slawik <br />Park which lies Westerly of a line run parallel with and distant 40 <br />feet easterly of Line 1 described below, ~ortherly of a line run <br />parallel with and distant 70 feet northerly of Line 2 described <br />below and Easterly of a line run parallel with and distant 30 feet <br />easterly of line 3 described below: <br /> <br />Line 1., Beginning at the point of termination of Line 2 <br />described below; thence run northerly at right angles to said Line <br />2 for 290.58 feet; thence deflect to the right on' a tangential <br />curve having a radius of 818.51 feet and a delta angle of 33 <br />degrees 28 minutes 53 seconds for 478.31 feet; thence on tangent to <br />said curve for 35.48 feet; thence deflect to the left on a <br />tangential curve having a radius of 818.51 feet and a delta angle <br />of 31 degrees 07 minutes 19 seconds for 444.6 feet and there <br />terminating; <br /> <br />~, <br />'~, <br />
