No. 11149-01 <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Drewry: <br /> <br />Enc10sed are a Pennit Renewal/Amendment request and three (3) copies of the Construction Plans <br />for the development of a 65 car parking lot on the Northwestern College campus just to the east <br />of the new Physical Education Building. <br /> <br />This proposed parking lot is in accordance with the Stonnwater Management Plan prepared and <br />approved in September of 1994 as part of the Physical Education Building project. The parking <br />lot originaJly proposed included 30,000 S.F. of impervious surface area. The parking lot <br />currently being proposed has been reconfigured slightly and reduced to 21,000 S.F. of impervious <br />surface.
