<br />"..i""/ o' <br />" <br />~'-" ' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING AGREEMENT IN MEDIATION <br />BETWEEN A-PLUS INDUSTRIES AND THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />.* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was <br />duly held on the day of , 1992 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Th~ following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Member <br />adopted. <br /> <br />moved that the following resolution be <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has been presented with a proposed <br /> <br />AGREEMENT IN MEDIATION which addresses long standing issues <br /> <br />between the City, A-Plus Industries, and numerous residents of <br /> <br />the City, and which provides for the settlement of pending civil <br /> <br />and criminal litigation between the City and A-Plus Industries; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council believes that the proposed Agreement is <br /> <br />in the best interests of the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the council of the City <br /> <br />Roseville hereby approves the proposed Mediation Agreement and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute the Agreement on <br /> <br />behalf of the City. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval by the City is <br /> <br />subject to implementation of the agreement by a stipulation to be <br /> <br />entered into in the pending litigation in a form satisfactory to <br />
