Albin Gustafson is the owner of the Rose of Sharon Nursing Home which
is located on a parcel of land consisting of approximately 4.36 acres.
For a number of years now, the nursing home has been operated by a group
other than Mr. Gustafson. At this time, he proposes to sell the nursing
home and the property it is on to the current operators of the nursing
home.

2. For this purpose, he proposes to divide the existing property so as to
create a 2.141 acre parcel of land for tne nursing home itself.

3. This proposed division is as indicated on the attached survey prepared by
Carlson and Carlson, Inc. To the left of this report is a drawing
indicating the other properties in the area owned by Mr. Gustafson. It
is his intent ultimately to purchase the tWD existing single family homes
in the southwest corner of his property. Mr. Gustafson has no immediate
plans for the development of the remainder of the land, but simply wishes
to dispose of the nursing home itself at this time.
