~-~-
e, S:-/-e0~
'---- - - - - --
GERALD M. SUNDE, Cons.ulting Engineer
10524 ZION AVENUE SOUTH. MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55437 . PHONE (612) 881-3344

~.)

Mr. Steve North
City of Roseville~ Minnesota

Mr. Bill Weidenbacher
Rice Creek Watershed District

/

May 12 ~ 1978

Re: Victoria Station Restaurant Development
Roseville, Minnesota

Gentlemen:

Enclosed are revised plans for the proposed Victoria Station Restau-
rant in Roseville. The plans were revised in order to provide storm
sewer service to the Long Cadillac property 10cated north of the
restaurant site. Changes are as follows:

I.} A storm sewer stub is located under the north parking
area to provide future service to the Long property.

2.) Storm sewer size is revised from 12 inch diameter to
15 inch diameter to accommodate runoff from the North.

We have also shown possible contours for an expanded sediment and storm-
water storage pond near the southeast corner of the Victoria Station site.
As is shown~ a combined pond could be built in order to provide service
to the restaurant site and also the Long Cadillac site when developed.
We recommend that the pond as proposed for the restaurant alone be built
at this time with expansion work done at the time that the abutting
property is developed. This would allow for accurate sizing of the
facility.

P1ease contact me if you have any questions or require further informa-
tion.

Yours very truly~ ~ ~ ~

~K~

Consulting Engineer

GMS/sl

cc: David Denton
Sady Hayashida
Tom Stahl
Duane Temple
