Attachment B <br />City of Roseville <br />1 <br />2 <br />ORDINANCE NO. __________ <br />3 <br />4 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENEDING THE CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE <br />5 <br />ORDINANCE <br />6 <br />7 <br />8The City of Roseville (the “City”) ordains as follows: <br />9 <br />SECTION 1. <br />10 Section 2, Paragraph 4, entitled “Franchise Term” of the City’s Cable Television <br />11Franchise Ordinance (Ord. No. 1208), shall be amended as follows: <br />12 <br />134. Franchise Term. Pursuant to North Suburban Communications <br />14Commission Resolution No. 2014-05 (the “Extension Agreement”), this <br />15Franchise shall be in effect through December 31, 2016, unless sooner <br />16renewed, revoked or terminated as herein provided. <br />17 <br />SECTION 2. <br />18 This Ordinance shall be effective upon the acceptance of Comcast of Minnesota, <br />19Inc. <br />20 <br />21 Passed and adopted this 10th day of November, 2014. <br />22 <br />
