AttachmentA <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />37 <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />38 <br />39 <br />40 <br /> * * * * * * * * * * * <br />41 <br />42 <br />43 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />44 <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 10th day of November, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. <br />45 <br />46 <br />The following members were present: <br />47 <br /> , and the following were absent: <br />48 <br />49 <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />50 <br />51 <br />52 <br />RESOLUTION _______ <br />53 <br />54 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 2015-2034 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br />55 <br />56 <br />57 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is committed to the long-term financial sustainability of the City’s capital <br />58 <br />assets; and <br />59 <br />60 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the critical role that capital assets and infrastructure serve in <br />61 <br />providing programs and services; and <br />62 <br />63 <br />WHEREAS, the City has developed a 20-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the fiscal years <br />64 <br />2015-2034, which shall be incorporated into the City’s annual budget process; and <br />65 <br />66 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to formally accept the CIP to acknowledge the long-term <br />67 <br />investment required to maintain City assets. <br />68 <br />69 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />70 <br />that The City Council hereby accepts the 2015-2034 CIP. <br />71 <br />72 <br />73 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
