Ave.. e. This lot pre:sently has <br />an existing building located along the southerly portion of t~e <br />lot. 'rhe scuth edge ~f. th~ existing building is approximately 20 <br />feet north of the soutl1 property line and is requesting an <br />addition to the building of app~oximately 13 fe~t. Inspection of <br />the existing building disoC"overed an existing addition at this <br />location cO:1structed w_. th temporary material. The owner is <br />proposing a mor~ permanent addition to the buil~ing for storage <br />purposes.. <br /> <br />The engineering staff has r~viewed L~e site and it appears that <br />the proposed addition would not cause any problems with drainage <br />along the south side of the building. The remainder of the site <br />appears to conform to all ~ity requirements. <br />
