<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 29th day of July 2002, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: Klausing <br /> <br />Council Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10014 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SYNERGY <br />MOTOR CAR COMPANY AND ROSEVILLE PROPERTIES <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1900 OAKCREST AVENUE (PF 3411). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Synergy Motor Car Company has requested a conditional use permit to <br />allow rental and leasing of motor vehicles, including resale, at 1900 Oakcrest Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property located at 1900 Oakcrest Avenue is legally described at as: <br /> <br />Lot 2, block 1, Rosedale Industrial Park Second Addition (PID #092923210011) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1013.01D of the Roseville City Code describes the criteria which <br />must be used to evaluate a CUP. They are as follows: <br /> <br />a. Impact on traffic. <br />b. Impact on parks, streets and other public facilities. <br />c. Compatibility of the site plan, internal traffic circulation, landscaping and <br />structures with contiguous properties. <br />d. Impact of the use on the market value of contiguous properties. <br />e. Impact on the general public, health, safety and welfare. <br />f Compatibility with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />conditional use permit request by Synergy Motor Car Company and Roseville Properties, <br />determining that said request met the necessary conditional use permit criteria, and <br />recommended (6-0) to approve the request, based on findings outlined in Section 4 and <br />conditions of Section 5 of the project report dated July 10, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />Synergy Motor Car Company and Roseville Properties a conditional use permit to allow rental <br />and leasing of motor vehicles, including resale, at 1900 Oakcrest Avenue, based on the findings <br />in Section 5 of the project report dated July 29, 2002, and subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1 <br />
