EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 27th day of October, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, and Roe; and the following members were absent: None. Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 11184 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR VICTORIA STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT WHEREAS, Victoria Street south of County Road B was previously a Ramsey County facility and is not currently constructed to the standards of the City of Roseville; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of Victoria Street from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B by one or more of the following installations: bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: 1. The roadway section specified above is hereby approved for inclusion in the 2015 Pavement Management Program. 2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Engineer for study and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Laliberte and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, and Roe and the following voted against the same: None. WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
