<br />9. All exter~al loading and service <br />areas ~cc~ssible to buildings must be <br />completely screened from ground level view of <br />contiguous residential properties and <br />adjacent streets, except at driveway access <br />points. <br /> <br /> <br />vertical slats of wood ~aterial shall not be <br />__ilized for this purpose. <br /> <br />7. Other utilities such as ~eters and <br />air handling equipment attached to walls or <br />placed on the ground siall be located to <br />ensure their property functon and facilitate <br />easy ~aintenance. All s~-h utilities shall <br />be totally screened from eye-level view from <br />3dja~ent ~roperties and public streets <br />utilizing similar and compatible materials to <br />t~at of the principle structure. <br /> <br />6. All off-street parking areas <br />containing more than six parking spaces <br />contiguous to residential areas shal: be <br />screened with fencing or landscaping so as to <br />effectively inhibit eye-level vision to a <br />height of 5 feet. <br /> <br /> <br />10. Du.psters, trash a~d trash handling <br />equipment shall be stored within a principle <br />structure, or within an attached structure <br />accessible from within the prir.ciple <br />structure a~d serviced by an overhead door to <br />the ex ~rior of the facility. If tbe <br />structur~ is attached for this purpose, it <br />shall be of the same materials as the <br />F~inciple structure and accessible to the <br />structure from the interior and shall be <br />roofed. A facility shall be located so as to <br />be inconspicuous as possible to the <br />~ontiguous public right-of-way. Such trasr <br />handling equipment storage areas shall be of <br />s~ffici~nt si~~ t~ ac~nmm~n~te the se~aration <br />of trash, including sep~rate provi~ions for <br />paper. cardboard, glass, cans, and <br />miscellaneous refuse. <br /> <br />11. Li9hti~g fixtures shall be of a <br />downcast, cutoff type, concealing the light <br />~ource from view and preventing glare from <br />spiiling into residential areas. Lighting <br />levels at contiguous residential property <br />lines shall not exceed 1/2 foot candle. <br /> <br />3 <br />
