All off-street parking areas containing more than six parking spaces contiguous to residential areas shal: be screened with fencing or landscaping so as to effectively inhibit eye-level vision to a height of 5 feet. 10. Du.psters, trash a~d trash handling equipment shall be stored within a principle structure, or within an attached structure accessible from within the prir.ciple structure a~d serviced by an overhead door to the ex ~rior of the facility. If tbe structur~ is attached for this purpose, it shall be of the same materials as the F~inciple structure and accessible to the structure from the interior and shall be roofed. A facility shall be located so as to be inconspicuous as possible to the ~ontiguous public right-of-way. Such trasr handling equipment storage areas shall be of s~ffici~nt si~~ t~ ac~nmm~n~te the se~aration of trash, including sep~rate provi~ions for paper. cardboard, glass, cans, and miscellaneous refuse. 11. Li9hti~g fixtures shall be of a downcast, cutoff type, concealing the light ~ource from view and preventing glare from spiiling into residential areas. Lighting levels at contiguous residential property lines shall not exceed 1/2 foot candle. 3
