Additionally, the proposed <br /> signs will also be beneficial because they will advertise the ownership of the <br /> vacant lot eliminating site maintenance issues and potentially reducing the risk of <br /> illegal dumping. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to <br /> APPROVE the proposed temporary construction signs as an INTERIM USE in accordance <br /> with Section §1009.03 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions: <br /> a. Spire and/or their sign contractor shall submit Sign Permit to allow the installation <br /> of the two signs; <br /> b. Spire shall monitor the signs and maintain them in good repair; <br /> c. Spire shall remove the signs on or before the Certificate of Occupancy is issued or the <br /> date the permanent signage Sign Permit is issued; <br /> d. Should the project not come to fruition by September 30, 2016, Spire shall remove <br /> the signs no later than October 31, 2016. <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council that <br /> representatives of the property owner and the applicant shall sign the form attached to <br /> this resolution to acknowledge that each has received, reviewed, and understood the <br /> terms and conditions of the approval and agrees to abide by said terms and conditions <br /> prior to installation of the two construction signs. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Council Member Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> favor: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte, and Roe; <br /> and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
