City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1472 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENEDING THE CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE <br /> ORDINANCE <br /> The City of Roseville (the "City") ordains as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 2, Paragraph 4, entitled"Franchise Term" of the City's Cable Television <br /> Franchise Ordinance (Ord. No. 1208), shall be amended as follows: <br /> 4. Franchise Term. Pursuant to North Suburban Communications <br /> Commission Resolution No. 2014-05 (the "Extension Agreement"), this <br /> Franchise shall be in effect through December 31, 2016, unless sooner <br /> renewed, revoked or terminated as herein provided. <br /> SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective upon the acceptance of Comcast of Minnesota, <br /> Inc. <br /> Passed and adopted this 10th day of November, 2014. <br />
