By jointly bUilding this facility, we will be able to <br />accolllF1ish the following: <br /> <br />A) A functional facility that will service all interested <br />parties and maximize the use of joint resources <br /> <br />B) Through ~onsolidation I}f facilities into one, it will <br />eliminate -(;he cluttered effect and improve the aesthetics of the <br />property.. <br /> <br />C) The City will be able to use the joint tacilitv for storage <br />of materials needed in maintaining and operating the park. <br />
