That sidewalks be constructed along Woodhill Drive. <br /> <br />2. ~a4: perimeter curbing be provided around the proposed <br />king i..rea. <br /> <br />3. 'l11at appropriate drainage be provided in accordance with <br />~~gineering standa~ds. <br /> <br />4. That the structure be built of material similar to that of <br />the main structure (including the trash handling area). <br /> <br />5. That a landscape plan be sub.itted subject to further review <br />by City staff. <br /> <br />6.
