The lot was only half assessed for the sanitary sewer, wateraain, <br />and storm sewer projects. A total assessment amount of $1,546.34 <br />will have to be paid to Roseville if this lot is approved for the <br />division. <br /> <br />3. There were no drainage or grading plans with this file.
