That 10 feet of right-of-way be dedicated for County Road B <br />and 30 feet of right-af-way be dedicated for Burke Avenue <br />prior to the fili!\9 of tleeds. <br /> <br />2. That the rpquired deferr~ assessments be paid. <br /> <br />3. That drainage and utilities be approved by the Er.gineering <br />()Q~rt1Hint . <br /> <br />4.
