On June 6, 1984.. the Planning commission recm1Blended .a <br />-ebmprehens1-ve plan chanqe for the site which cb.a.n:ged this <br />de::\lgr.ation from medium density residential to high density <br />residential. The recommendation included two policy <br />statenaents indicating that principal access tc the site <br />shonld be from Rice ..JitrP-Ai: ar.d tha.t the nu:nber Of units <br />sho-;Jld be lunited to 61. on.June 11, 1984, theC!ty council <br />-approve(f the compre'taffisive plan cbange without the two <br />pol icy statements recommended by the planning cOJll:!duion. <br />Metropolitan Council approved the comprehensive plan change <br />on July 26, 1984. b t"'" <br />;oJ"l"" 4~ <br />..... , <br />2 . That additional e3sements for public utilities be <br />recorded and that the old easements be vacated. <br /> <br />4.
