The pI,3nning commission has previously recommended approval of the request with the fOllowing conditions: 1. That the project be developed according to plans presented to the PlaDning Commission on June 6, 1990. 2. That staff approve the final landscape plan which should give special dttention to saving valuable existing oak trees on the site dnd which should be subject to neighborhood review. 3. That staff approve final gracing, drainage, erosion control, utility and lighting plans. 4. That color renderings and full exterior details be presented to the City Council. 5.
