The trash enclosure does require a roof. <br /> <br />2. Heating enclosure is not a requirement. <br /> <br />3. The enclosure does not physically need to touch the building <br />but must look as if it is part of the main building. <br /> <br />4. The enclosure must be large enough to accommodate several <br />containers for the separation of trash. <br /> <br />5. City Council is currently reviewing a proposal by the Planning <br />Commission to require that the dumpster be: <br />a. attached to the building <br />b. heated and ventilated <br />c. sprinkled <br />d. of the same material as the building <br />These requirements are expected to go into effect in <br />approximately one month; nothing definite at this time. <br /> <br />The above is understood to be correct, and TVA+A should be notified <br />in writing as soori as possible of any discrepancies that might exist. <br /> <br />END MEMO <br /> <br />cc: Rick Jopke <br />Gary Wright <br /> <br />THE TVA+A CORPORATIOn dba THE VinCEnT ASSOCIATIOn + ARCHITECTS <br />
