DEVELOPMENI SUMMARY <br /> <br />The attached statement indicates the site to be 200 feet by 200 feet. <br />You wilt note from examining the site plan that these figures are not <br />correct. The site appears to have a depth of 2U feet and 8 width of <br />130 ffoet. The exact square footage of storage p~oposed is not <br />indicated on the plao, however, nnr is the square footage of the station. <br /> <br />Planning Considerations <br /> <br />The walk in front of the station appears Lo have OJ depth of <br />approxirr.ately 8 feel. The site plan submitted indicates approximately <br />one-half of this deplh to be utilize-d for exterior merchandise.
