Mr. Andert has now <br />requested that th~ ~ity Council reconsider its d2nial. Mr. Andert <br />has subThitted a specific house plan and site and drainage plans for <br />the new lot which ioIere not requi.,_ -> r..or available at the time of the <br />i'itial consideration by the C Jncil in July. <br /> <br />Staff would suggest that the Council take the followir:g actions <br />concerning this request. <br /> <br />1. The City Council should vote on August 27, 199G on whether or, <br />not to reconsider the previous denial of this item. <br /> <br />2. I f the CO'.l'1c),l votes to reconsider the matter, then the <br />Council should schedule a public hearing on September :'4, <br />1990.
