<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 19th day of August, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Kough and Klausing, and the following were absent: <br />Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 10024 <br />RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE PRELIMINARY PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2003 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville is submitting the following tax levy on real estate within the corporate limits of the <br />City to the County Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> <br />Fund I Purpose Amount <br />General Fund $ 6,245,700 <br />Parks & Recreation 654,355 <br />Parks Maintenance 585,000 <br />Parks Improvements 250,000 <br />Pathways Maintenance 135,000 <br />Pathways Construction 100,000 <br />Streetscape/Blvd Improvements 25,000 <br />General Vehicle Replacement 175,000 <br />General Debt Service 800,000 <br />Contingency 100,000 <br />Total $ 9,070,055 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Klausing and <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Kough and Klausing, and <br />the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
