<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF Th"E <br /> <br />CITY C~UNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVIT.T~ <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />city C~~ncil of tl1e City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota was duly held on the 14th day of June, lS93, at 7:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The followi~g membEr5 were present: <br />Goejeke, Maschk~, CushGan~ ? Johnson, ana v. Johnso~, <br /> <br />and the follo~ing were absent: <br />None. <br /> <br />Member }1aschka <br />and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the follow:ng resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUJrION NO. 8~53 <br /> <br />A CORRECTIVE RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING VACATICN OF A <br />PORTION OF THE WEST SNELLING AVENUE FRCi'iTAGE ROAD <br /> <br />~~REAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, ~~e city <br />Council held a public hearing on May 26, 1992, to determine <br />whether or not said street in the Ci~y of Roseville should be <br />vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, i~ ~ppeared th3t by reason the frontage road was not <br />nee~ed it would be beneficial to the public interest to recommend <br />vacating the street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did, on May 26, 1992, p~rsuant to <br />Resolution No. 8802, vacate said frontage road: and <br /> <br />~~AS, it was ~ubsequently learned that there was ~n error in <br />the legal description in said Resolutiun No. 8802: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the c~ty Council now hereby desir.es to correct said <br />err~neous legal description by adoptinq a corrective resolutLcn <br />with the complete ~nd correct legal descript} on: <br /> <br />~ow, THER~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville herc~y recommends vacating the public str€et over <br />the property described as follows: <br /> <br />~6'(jj,~ <br />
