Thus we are unable <br />to access engineering impacts. It should be noted that sidewalks <br />are required along all commercial properties. <br /> <br />3. Depending on extent of zoning {not indicatdd in plans submitted), <br />additional assessments must be paid for the rezoned site. Exact <br />nU1T~ers will be available at planning commission meeting. <br />
