Police Civil Service Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, February 5, 2013 1:00 pm <br />City Hall Elm Room, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />Commissioners Present: <br />Chairperson Zoe Jenkins, Recording Secretary Brad VanderVegt, Commissioner pon Drackert <br />Others Present: <br />Lieutenant Lorne Rosand <br />1. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Jenkins at 1:OOPM. <br />2. The Agenda for today's meeting was reviewed and approved as submitted. <br />3. The minutes of the November 7, 2012, meeting were reviewed and unanimously approved. <br />4. Lt. Rosand reviewed the breakdown of the Sergeants promotional test. Although no current <br />openings exist the department is preparing for the possibility of future openings. Commissioner <br />Drackert motioned the promotional test approval, the motion was unanimously approved. <br />5.
