Whether or not a public agency requests a IS-working day comment period extension (deadline to complete draft must be based on assumption that an extension will be requested), (shortest comment period is 30 days); . Whether or not any objections are filed by public agencies that would require negotiations; and . Whether or not EQB requires city to revise fmal document and redistribute.
