<br />. <br /> <br />Twin Lakes Master Plan <br />Renewal Strategy Session <br /> <br />Agenda <br />Property Owners <br /> <br />November 2, 2000 <br />10:00 - 11:30 <br /> <br />Welcome (5 minutes) <br />Met with many of you individually and will continue to do so if requested at any <br />time. <br /> <br />History/Goals & Objectives (10 minutes) <br />Refinement of Existing Masterplan, future land use guide not zoning change, <br />long term redevelopment process, reviewed and refined every 3-5 years based <br />on market changes, CitYs current policy is not to condemn property for <br />development purposes only public infrastructure. <br /> <br />Summary of Options for Twin Lakes (15 minutes) <br /> <br />Each option is a refinement of what the master plan already indicates. This <br />process is to provide a more distinctive land use scenario so that environmental <br />impacts (air, noise, pollution, traffic, greenspace, drainage) can be estimated. <br /> <br />No one option is preferred at this point and the preferred option is likely to <br />include components of each one presented based upon the wide variety of <br />interests including existing property owners. <br /> <br />Property Owner Perspectives (50 minutes) <br /> <br />What are your plans over the next 20 years for your property? <br /> <br />Strengths/Weaknesses and recommendations for each option, including existing <br />conditions <br /> <br />Suggestions for how we could improve any of the options <br />
