Hoff resides at 1897 Shady Beach Avenue (attached) in Roseville and is my <br />neighbor to the south. Attached is correspondence to him regarding his fence, with <br />several oral discussions on the subject prior to that. The neighbors at 1891 Shady Beach <br />A venue have the same concerns, I am sure. <br /> <br />His fence between the two yards obstructs the view of McCarrons Lake. The fence is in <br />disrepair, rotting and possesses a human safety threat while doing yard work near it. The <br />fence is an eye sore. <br /> <br />The fence decreases my home value due to the dilapidated condition. Obstructing the <br />view of the l*e is a 'taking without compensation.' <br /> <br />Would you be so kind as to inspect the fence and sent me a written report as to what steps <br />the City of Roseville can do to get the problem resolved or what options I may have in <br />the matter. <br /> <br />I appreciate your help.
