<br />NOTICE OF CONTINUED HEARING FOR APRIL 8, 1996 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville will open a previously continued public <br />hearing to reconsider the SuperAmerica Conditional Use Permit request. At the <br />February 26, 1996 meeting, the Council tabled a decision indefInitely to consider <br />additional information related to the case. The SuperAmerica request includes a <br />3500 square foot building (of which approximately 1,000 sq. ft. is for the car wash) <br />for a convenience store and gas station with 12 fuel pumps at 2295 Rice Street. <br /> <br />Public comment is welcome. <br />
